Dr Tickner was very profession. More importantly he took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a language I could easily understand. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and without me feeling rushed. Sharon in the front office is amazing. From my first call to my last minute questions leaving the office she provided amazing service
