Dr. Tickner and his entire staff are excellent. Very friendly and considerate, I couldn't recommend them any higher if you're looking for someone to tend to your Podiatric needs, I've never had a negative experience.

Dr. Tickner was very friendly & welcoming/comforting(especially considering there are MANY of us out there with ‘White Coat Syndrome’!), was knowledgeable(Especially considering this is not the 1st Dr I’ve recently seen re. large painful almost softball-size balls on the bottoms of my feet in the arch; the previous Dr. ASKED ME WHAT THEY WERE when I showed him! Which I have no clue??!?Thats why I’m there?!?) But thankfully Dr. Tickner knew what was going on, fully informed me what they were & what the steps we needed to take to take care of it were, etc. it was a big sigh of relief! He’s a great guy, as well as a great Dr. and is extremely knowledgeable & pro-actively helpful!

Dr Tickner was beyond friendly kind compassionate and professional all at the same time. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My daughter and I will both very very impressed with his office and his staff

Dr Tickner's office was very clean & comfy chairs. The staff was fantastic. Very friendly & helpful. Dr Tickner was quite funny & easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him.

I liked Dr.Quan’s bed side manner . He was not sugarcoating my problem,which was hard to hear . But, it’s what I really needed to hear .Finally after 9 doctors an answer
